What is the enrollment process?
Choose the course you want to enroll in and click on the Enroll tab. Fill out the required information and then click submit. A verification message will indicate that your enrollment has been received. The next step will be to submit payment, following the payment instructions. Once payment is verified, an access key will be sent to you via email. It is important to enter in a correct email address on your enrollment page so that you will receive this information.

How do I set up my computer?
To successfully connect to Learn It Online, you must:
  1. Meet Learn It Online hardware and software minimum requirements.
  2. Have Internet access with a 28.8 modem or faster.
  3. Accept browser cookies.
  4. Enable JavaScript on your Web browser.
  5. Set your browser to refresh at every page.
  6. Not be behind a firewall that blocks cookies or blocks access to a secure server.

What are self-study courses?
A self-study course is a course that's taken at your convenience, at your own pace. Self-study courses are interactive and engaging learning modules that incorporate lessons, examples, activities, and quizzes. Each lesson has assessment questions that can be used to determine your training needs or validate new knowledge and skills. Self-study courses can be started at any time, and are available for a 12-week period.

What are course bundles?
Course bundles are a collection of courses specific to an area of interest. Students have a 12-month access period to the course material. Like the individual self-paced courses, these courses are interactive and engaging learning modules that incorporate lessons, examples, activities, and quizzes. Each lesson has assessment questions that can be used to determine training needs or validate new knowledge and skills. Many of these bundles contain the necessary courses to help you prepare for vendor certification exams. The courses are mapped to the vendor exams.

How long will I have access to my course?
Access to courses vary by the type of course. Self-study courses provide access for a 12-week period from the time you first access the course material. The course bundles are available to the student for a period of one year from the time you first access the course material.
